Gluten Free Lemon Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
1 box of gluten free vanilla cake mix
(Eggs, oil, etc per box mix instructions)
1 stick of butter (softened)
1 box of powdered sugar
1 8oz of dairy free cream cheese, at room temp
1 whole lemon juiced
Instructions:
Mix the cake mix per instructions on the box. Add majority of the juice from the lemon to the batter. Reserve the remaining for the frosting.
Pour into a well oiled Bundt cake pan, 2 8inch round cake pans, or a 9x13 baking dish.
Place in a 350 degree oven per instruction on back of the box.
Frosting:
Mix softened butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar together in a bowl. Add in the remaining lemon juice and stir until well blended.
After cake comes out of the oven, let it cool completely before frosting the cake.
