RECIPE:

✔ 1 cup cooked quinoa – Protein and fiber for stable energy

✔ 1 cup steamed broccoli – Supports detox and brain health

✔ ½ cup sugar snap peas, chopped – Rich in vitamin C

✔ ½ avocado, sliced – Healthy fats for brain function

✔ ¼ cup pumpkin seeds – Magnesium and zinc for mood support

✔ ¼ cup shredded carrots – Natural sweetness and beta-carotene

✔ ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley – Aids digestion and detox

✔ 1 tbsp olive oil – Healthy fats for brain development

Instructions:
