Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookie

Recipe of the month, in honor of national chocolate chip cookie day which is August 4. Here’s a gluten-free
Ingredients:
-1 cup almond butter, room temperature
-1 cup gluten free oats
-2 eggs
-1/4 cup honey, raw
-1 cup chocolate chips
-1/8 tsp sea salt
-1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients together and bake on a greased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes, depending on your oven.
***This recipe can be made dairy free and soy free by using a dairy/soy free brand of chocolate chips.
